AT KAITANGATA (United Press Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. There is an outbreak of a mild form of diphtheriu in the mining township oi* lvaitangala., originating in school children. It is c.lainved there, arc 23 eases, and that these are being accommodated in tents.
