Price Charity Cup Match: Hospital v. Athletic, at Stoke, 3 p.m. Referee, Mr Parker. The match bet ween Thistle and Wandereusi will not be played. Motueka and Redwoods have received byes. Athletic juniors v. Thistle at Victory Square at 3 p.m. Referee, Mr J. S. Walter.
A team from the s.s. Waiwera, which is expected to arrive in port to-morrow morning, have requested a match with a local team to-morrow afternoon. The Association has acceded to the request, and the match will take place at Victor}' Squax-e at 3 p.m. A team has been selected by the Association’s•• selectors, from players from the Thistle and Wandereds football clubs to meet the ship’s team. This match should prove ah interesting one, as the ship’is team is composed of players fYom the Old Country', who are no novices at the game. Mr Piper will referee the game.
