GREAT GATHERING OF NATIVES
(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) 'Reuter’s Telegrams.) ( CAPETOWN, July 15. The Prince of Wales arrived at Boma, the most northerly point of his journey. Addressing a great gathering of natives he pointed out that it was the first time so many different peoples had assembled in one place with differing language and Customs, but they were all people of one great chief and one Empire. The result was peace between them, whereas at no distant past violence, bloodshed, and fear rei< r ned in the land.
