NELSON RUGBY UNION A meeting of the Management Com-mittee-was-held in the' Union Rooms on Monday evening. Present: Messrs Boon (chair), Rovire, Blincoe, Shain, Johnson, (Voucher, Chapman, and secretary. Mr Ingram was excusd. The Mo'kohinui Football Club wrote,

the training of . a teanu, the committee promising that wherever the Shield was, they wqhld send a team after it. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded to Messrs Logan and Edwards. The College thirds were given permission to play Blenheim on 25th July, and if the school ground was unplayable they could have the use of the Bark. There will be no fixtures at the Park on (he 25th July (Australian Hockey team’s visit). It was decided that alf teams bring a

football to the ground, so that when a ball went over the fence there will be no delay in the game. Several accounts were passed for payment.
