WHARFTXOF.R’S SERYICES APPRECIATED
■U the monthly meeting of the Mahaua Fruitgrowers’ Association, a vote of appreciation of the manner in which Mr Blanche, wharfinger, had handled the increased volume of business through the Port of Mapua during the past season was accorded him unanimously, and it was suggested that he be asked to address the next meeting of the Association on shipping matters.
