INCREASING IN BRITAIN DISQUIETING FIGURES (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Australian A N./,. Cable Association.) LONDON. June 16 The latest unemployment figures are disquieting. Registered unemployeds' number 1.291.200." being 104,672 more than fortnight ago, and 263.685 more than a vear ago. LONDON, June 17 Labour members asked the Government for facilities to discuss unemployment ; also for organising demonstrations throughout the country on 21st June.
