REPORTED OFFER DECLINED (United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day Reports are current that the bishopric of Christchurch lias been offered to Rev. C. S. 'Woodward, vicar of St. Peter's, at Cranky Gardens, London. Dean Carrington declined to confirm or deny the report, but a later announcement stated that Rev. Woodward had declined the offer.
