"NELSON THE MOST DELIGHTFUL PLACE VISITED” CAPTAIN" MONCRTFFF'S TRIBUTE In seconding a hearty vote of thanks to Dr. Teicltehiian for liis lecture last evening. Captain Moncrieff referred in glowing terms to the attractions of Nelson. He had been three Hines round the world and generally speaking Nelson was the most delightful place he had visited, and five years' residence, here bad only confirmed first impressions. But he desired to impress on his hearers that there was ample scope for making Nelson still more delightful. The Rock Garden Society aimed at being also something in the nature of a beautifying society and if residents generally co-operated. most valuable work could be accomplished.
