BERLIN, Jan. 15
Tlio list of Dr Luther’s Cabinet confirms the forecast as regards complexion. In addition to Stresemann and Neuhaus it includes as Minister of the Interior Schiele, leader of the German National Party; Post and Telegraphs, Stingl, of the Bavarian People’s Party; Defence, Gessler; Labour, Brauns.
OLD GANG AGAIN IN POWER

LONDON, Jan. 16
The Daily Mail’s Berlin correspondent, reviewing the new Ministry, says: “The old gang of ex-Kaisei’ites who threw Europe into war are again in power.” He adds: “Streseman remains in the Foreign Office, indicating that the Dawes plan will not be upset, although Stresemann’s intrigues ousted Chancellor Marx, under whom the plan was accepted.”
