NEGOTIATION'S IN LONDON

LONDON, Oct. 2
Dr. Luther, German Alinisler < 1 Finance, arrived in London in connection with negotiations for the Briv.sh quota of the Dawes loan, which the Daily Telegraph’s diplomatic correspin dent states will not exceed ten millions, though the nominal figure may be higher, it is expected the Dutch, Swedish and Swiss banks will underwrite five n illions. France will take up about two millions and Belgian: one million.
