RISING OF NATIVE TRIBES

The Daily Express Paris correspondent says that rising' native tribes in the Spanish zone in Morocco created a situation approaching panic in Melilla. Rebels surrounded the Elluu line, wherein the Spanish garrison was imprisoned. Ue Rivera has despatched reinforcements.
