The Daily Telegraph’s Parliamentary correspondent foreshadows that the judicial committee is likely to decide that tlie Irish Boundary Commission cannot be legally constituted without an Ulster representative. He adds that the Government is already considering the possibility of immediate legislation whicli will obviously he severely controversial.
