LARGEST STEAMER
FOR NEW ZEALAND SERVICE (Bv Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, Juno 1(5. The largest steamer in the Ngav Zealand service. the Oorangi, 17,580 tons, six hundred feet long, with a speed of 17J- knots, built to the order of the Union Steam Ship Co., to ply between Auckland and Vancouver, will be launched at Govan on 17tli June. She is essentially a passenger ship and luxuriouly fitted up. The engines are Diesel type, and she is claimed to be the largest vessel afloat Avith this kind of poAver.
