ARRESTS AT PHILADELPHIA

NEW YORK, Nov. 20 Philadelphia reports what is considered a record breaking week-end of intoxication under prohibition for this the third largest city of : America,- which shows 300 -arrests for disorderly conduct while under the influence of (iquor. Twq men died from the effects of poisonous liquor .and eight are lying near death, while forty are slowly recovering. One old man arrested for intoxication committed' suicide._ in his cel). More than twenty nationalities are' represented ' among" those arrested, including a Chinaman and. a Japanese.
