LONDON, Nov. 19. The Central News Agency understands that the commercial mission which went to Russia in August last will report that the general conditions of Russia has improved enormously, that the country's finance is bn the way to stability, and that there are good prospects of trade with Britain, but that Russia still badly needs credit. The Soviet Government will recognise old debts „Avlien development is assured.
