CAUSES OF THE DISEASE

BRUSSELS, Nov. 19
The internal congress for fighting cancer, in deciding that the disease is neither contagious nor hereditary, stated that the known causes were intoxicants, irritants, parasites, and sometimes x-rays. Persons handling compositions containing arsenic were liable thereto.
