TASMAN ORCHARD CASES

'The Court of Appeal continued this afternoon the hearing of argument in the cases of the Tasman Orchard Co. v. Piggford and the Tasman Orchards Co. v. Thompson. Mr Myers, K.C., for the appellant company, dealt at length with the evidence maintaining that a perusal and a consideration of this showed that Mr Justice Hosking was wrong in iiis conclusion that there had been fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of the company.
