Gibson Smith from Mr .lellicoe. solicitor lor complainant in the recent Court proceedings against Mr Orr. Kev. (!, Smith ami road relevant opinions ot documents in his custody, and also the Hcv. hphertson Git’s in reply to same ,is of. opinion that llov. Orr’s actions have been in some respects unwise and calculated to lead to misunderstanding; hut that no "rounds have been furnished for charges of a moral character against Hoc. Orr. The report of the commission was adopted unanimously. |
