RESIGNATION OF CABINET r DISORDERS IN THE WEST (By Electric Telegraph.—-Copyright.) (Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.) REKIN, Nov. 30. The Cabinet lias resigned. The Premier accepted the resignation and immediately named Wanglahsieh as Premier and Wung Cheng Ting as Foreign Minister. Meanwhile fresh disorders are reported in West China where in the Szechwan province a now meeting occurred between Government troops and mutineers, who are pillaging the countryside and have cutoff travel and commerce.
