WASHINGTON, Nov. 15. 'Harding has, ordered two warships to proceed immediately to the Chilian coast with naval supplies for relief purposes. They will carry rations to feed three thousand persons for ten -days and clothing for the same number. ; '
NEW YORK, Nov. 16. Santiago de Chile reports fresh earthquake shocks in .the Copiapo and La Serena districts, but no loss of life.
