WELLINGTON, Tins Day
After hearing evidence in the case in which John Madson, formerly Harbour Board employee on the wharf, was charged with stealing goods valued at £205 17s 6d between June 6th, 1920, and October 10th, 1922, Justices committed
accused for trial at the Supreme Court. Accused denied all the charges and reserved his defence. Bail was allowed in the sum of £3OO, accused to report at the police station twice weekly.
