OTTAWA, Oct. 10. ! Major C. G. Power, member of Parliament for Quebec South, started a campaign that Canada, withdraw from the League of Nations on the grounds that the Dominion has no common interest in the League, and by retaining ipembership will only become involved in difficulties.
