The judgment stated that a, 48-hour week would he awarded as if the Forty-eight Hours Amendment Act of 1920 had not been passed ; but it would he open to the parties objecting to 48 hours to offer any amendment, and it would be for the Court to decide- the relevancy ami value of such evidence.
