(United Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. As a. result of the Shannon foolbail assault ease the New Zealnd Rugby Union received a letter from the Horowhenua Union stating that the men concerned, 11. McDonald, L. Buckman, and J. Shannon, all of Shannon, had been disqualified for life and warned off all grounds under the jurisdiction of the Horowhenua Union. It was also asked that this be made applicable to all grounds in the Dominion, and it was decided to comply with the. request.
