Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. ■ * Nearlv 14,000 soldiers have tailed to -notify the Department of change of addresses, and in consequence have not received wav, medals and certificates. Edr Tdfne ieasoil there, are many tinclaimed scrolls' and memorial plaques awaiting next-of- kin, who cannot be found. Medals, otc.,^ posted to last known addresses are constantly , coining back ’through the dead letter office,, and often complaint is made from south Other address of non-receipt. Ihe military authorities deem if almost inconceivable that so many shomd t have failed to notify their address.
