Night Time, -Marble Slab, and Pol ini were in that order at the end of six furlongs done in Imin 23 4-5 sec. Raceful was"better than Insurrection and Loyal Irish over the same distance, covered in Imin 21 2-osec. Boouimlay.was better than Canowindra, with 'Esplanade beaten off, at the end of a round done in 2nun Gsee. Bitbolia did six furlongs in Imm 25soc, and Namntere finished better than Anomaly over six furlongs in Imm 22 2-oscc .‘ Kick Off did strong work, covering a round in 2min Bsec. Khnhlai Khan beat Dovelet over seven lurlongs in Imin. 36sec. After breakfast Nocturne for tour fnrlbngs took 52 2-sscc. Princess ( harming and Jolly Princess went srx furlongs in Imin 22 l-ssec; Rente sev(>n furlongs, the last six in lmm_ -jo 2-osoc; Tama-a-roa five furlongs in 1 min 7sec; Golden Bubble six in limn 22sec; Ruapapa. five in Imin Bsec ; Gold Plane heat Poanui and Stork over a mile from the new post m Imm 49 3-osec.
