ACCUMULATION OF WOOLLEN GOODS
OVERSEAS TRADE BADLY NEEDED

LONDON, July 21. Under the auspices of the Fcderation of British Industries a joint consultative body has been formed representative of every section of the wool trade, from raw material importers to cloth merchants, which will watch the interests of the whole trade and act as the official mouthpiece thereof. Cloth manufacturers are granting individual merchants who are unable to meet their obligations moratoriums for specific periods. The industry hadly needs resumption of overseas buying in order to absorb the accumulation of stock a and er.sn the financial difficulties.
