MONTHLY MEETING. The monthly meeting of the Nelson A. ami I'. Asociation was held at Richmond on Saturday evening. The following new members wore elected: —.Messrs A. J. John son, GKilgour, W. Horrocks, G. Dunn, and Godfrey Coleman. It was resolved to accept an otu’i from the Stoke Road Board regarding a loom for meetings. _ In connection with a circular i lum the Alinister of Agriculture, ro urging the planting of more wiieat. it was resolved to fall in with the views expressed, but to state 'Unit farriers preferred l an open market with a. minimum price. Air. T. Holland was appointed treasurer in place of Mr. \V. T). Haikncss. who has been appointed secreta.ry : and Air. AT. Stapler, takes tne. place of Air. Ha’kmw* on tile committee. Air. .Tames Haycock was e’ected a member of the Finance and Ground Committee. It was resolved that the secretary write to the N.£. Jersey Association re medals. Several other minor matter's were dealt with, and the Committee adjourned.
