DEATH SENTENCE CONFIRMED
THE PONSONBY CASE (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Ponsonby murder case and the sentence passed upon Dennis Gunn were considered at a meeting of the Executive Council this morning, his Excellency the Govera or-General presiding. It was afterwards announced that His Excellency, acting on and with the advice of his ministers, sees no reason why the decision of the Court should be interfered with.
