LETTISH TROOPS OCCUPY RIGA

Lettish troops occupied Riga and shot most of the> Bolshevik Commissioners. The Esthonians, supported by Russians and Germans, rapidly advancing between Narva and Gdov, have reached the lower part of Luga River, a hundred and twenty miles westward of Petrograd. The force captured 25,000 prisoners and three armoured trains. The enemy is in disorderly flight.
