(Rec. May 22, 11.35 a.in.) STOCKHOLM, May 21. It is stated that the offensive against Petrograd is progressing, Finnish and Esthonian troops converging on Petrograd. The Esthonians are within 50 miles. British troops landed at Lugaby and occupied the river villages after many fights with the Bolsheviks. The Soviets have resolved to defend Petrograd to the utmost and will destroy and bum the city if compelled to evacuate it.
