THE Nelson City Council is putting on Two Carts for the special work of Removing Rubbish from all premises- within the City. The carts will commence work on Wednesday Morning next, the 9th instant, in the centre of the city, and work towards the outskirts. It is anticipated that the whole of- the city will thus bo covered . in about a fortnight or three weeks from date of commencement. Householder# are requested to assist the effort the Council is making by having all rubbish and Useless material collected ready for removal when the carts call. Where large quantities of rubbish are required to be removed a small charge will be made. A supply of Disinfectant will bo carried ou each cart, and many be purchased from the man in charge. G. A.
