And I hereby appoint the Town Clerk’s Office, Trafalgar-street. Nelson, as the place, and Tuesday, the 15th day of April, 1919, before 12 o’clock noon, ■ as the date and time for the Nominationl of Candidates for such office, who must Ire Nominated in manner- prescribed by the said Acts.
