Press ■ Association.■) WELLINGTON', March 27. , Replying to a question as to whether the peace celebrations would be on the signing of the preliminary'treaty or on the signing- of the final international pact,- the Acting-Prime Minister, Sir James Allen, said that he had cabled to England inquiring what the intention of the authorities in Britain was, but had not received a reply as yet.
