REVOLUTIONARY MOVEMENT. {Australian and N.Z. Cable Association MADRID, Jan. 20. The proclamation of martial law at Barcelona was necessitated by the discovery of a secret organisation comprising 200,000 workmen. Many of the leaders of the new revolutionary organisation have been arrested. It is believed the prompt measures taken will prevent a serious outbreak, and possibly' the extension of the revolution throughout the country.
