RESIGNATION OF EFFICIENCY BOARD.
ACCEPTED BY ACTING-PREMIER

CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 22. It is understood that the members of the National Efficiency Board, following upon the Government’s refusal to place the board on a basis more satisfactory to its members, and as recommended by the board', forwarded their resignations to the Acting-Premier, who has accepted them. Mr J. A. Frqstick, Canterbury Commissioner on the board, When questioned this afternoon, said be could not deny the report of the resignations. NO TRUTH IN THE REPORT. WELLINGTON, This Day Mr. W.
