CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 21. Sit George Clifford, president of the New Zealand Racing Conference, tonight received 1 the following telegram from the Hon. G. W. Russell, Mb In of Internal Affairs:—“l have in informing you xhat Cabinet has agreed that racing shall be restored to its full strength as from February Ist. You may therefore inform ii crested clubs that their programmes can be at once prepared.”
