M.C.C. TEAM. (United (Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 20. In connection with the proposed visit of a M.C.C. team to Australia, the Wellington Cricket Association decided this evening to ask the Ne/v Zealand Council to endeavour to arrange for the team to extend its tour to New Zealand. KAMURA V. STOKE. The second match Kamura v. Stoke was played at the Park. Kamura mod by an innings and 4 runs. Stoke f rst innings 177 (E. Langbein 78, W. I’tath 32, and Black 23). Kamura declared with nine wickets down for 314 (E. Vercoe 127 not out, V. Thomason 43, Kemnitz 28, Hull 23, and Kerr 22). Stoke’s second innings realised 133 (W. Heath not out 43, and Thornley 32).
