The Belgian Socialist leaders, MM. Vamdervelde, do Brouefcere, and Huysmans, have issued proclamation to Belgian -Socialists now abroad declaring that the Belgian Socialists intend to continue the war until victory is attained, together with the triumph of right by the liberations of Belgiiru.
