The Press Bureau reporfs :—The dispute regarding the dismissal of workmen at an aeroplane factoi'y in London resulted in cessation oi work. The Stowe Aircraft Committee agreed on 4th July, but an unofficial body of workmen repudiated the recommendation. Other factories also ceased work. <. The Minister of Munitions (Mr Winston Churchill) announces that unless work is resumed, action will be taken. \

STEAMER'S ENCOUNTER WITH A U-BOAT. (.Router's-'Telegrams.) LONDON, July 4. A thrilling story of a British steamer's light with one of the latest type «>T TJ-!boats is told!.
