FOR CIVILIAN WEAR
The Efficiency Boar<| has been, in touch with the New Zealand-Boot Manufacturers'" Association regarding a proposal for the making by the New Zealand fac-tories-of standardised boots for civilian wear. This announcement was made by a :representative manufacturer, speaking at'a deputation to the Minister'of Labour. "It is bound to come,'' ed another member of the deputation, present. ■
