The Government has awarded the Croix de Guerre, with palms, to Admirals Keyes and Tyrwhitt and 16 other British naval officers "ifor the Zeebrngge and Ostend operations. INDIA. NEW ARMY TO BE RAISED. LONDON, May 18. ■ The Government of India has decided to immediately raise a new army of - _ more than 500,000 men. The Provincial Government re-affirm the loyalty resolution passed at the DelLi Conference.
