THE PEACE TREATY. . (Reuter's Telegrams.) (Rec. May 16, 11.50 a.m.) ■LONiDON", May 15. A Jassy/ official annoxmcemeint of the signing of the Peace Treaty mentions the dissolution of Parliament. ' The Treaty will be submitted for ratification to a new Parliament assembling on the 17th. June.
