A WILL MATTER.
(To the Editor.) Sir, —Can you inform me whether there is* a law passed in a case where everything is willed to a child of -i second marriage it could be annulled, andi the estate divided equally, the first family included? —I am. etc., INTERESTED. (Where the children of the first marriage are over 21 there is no obligation for their inclusion as beneficiaries ; but in the case of a child who is deficient, for instance, or crippled, then application could be made to the Court, which must be done within 12 months of the date of probate being granted).
