ROGUE .SEVERELY DEALT WITH. (United PreßS Association.] DUNEDIN, This Day. At the Police Court this, morning, Thomas Frances Hall, who had been posing as a returned soldier and receiving alms, was convicted on a charge of being an incorrigible rogue and sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment and ordered to be detained for reforma.tive treatment for a period not exceeding three years.
