BURSTING OF A DAM
: -•" : . - - (United Press Association.) V WHANGAR.EI, Nov. 16. News has been received that a fresh caused a dam to. =burst - yesterday at Berekino. Two.Maoris who were work- i ' ing in the vicinity were caught by the sudden outflow and washed away. One of them, was killed. The other was rescued with difficulty, seriously injured.
