SUPPLIES FOR RUSSIA. (Reuter's Telegrams.) (Rec. Aug. 5, 11.35 a.m.) VANCOUVER, Aug. 4. Marquis Inow, who is pas-sing -through Canada from London, says that at the close of the war Japan will certainly ■return Kiao-Chau to China. The majority of the munitions in the present Russian offensive, he says, were made in Japan and shipped through Vladivostock. Japan is thoroughly in sympathy with the wnti-Ge'-man trade conference."
