ALLEGED CABLE PIRACY

SYDNEY, August 3
The Equity Court granted the "Sun" newspaper an interim injunction restraining the "Bathurst Times" from infringing as alleged, cable copyrights. Plaintiffs allege that the defendant newspaper copied!, cables with mere colourable imitations on specific dates succeeding the Sun's publication.
