Mr He wins said Mr Asquith's dechu-a-tion would be received with profound satisfaction throughout the Empire ond among the Allies. The debate has ended.
The Times says Mr Asquith's statement is satisfactory. He 'has completely adopted the national view. The Imperial Conference will be generally welcomed throughout the Empire as an essential jprelim.ina.ry to Imperial: notion, but somie emergency measure should be adopted without delay.
