WELLINGTON, This Day. The Legislative Council passed the •mematograph Film Censorship Bill and -u-ther considered the Washing Up BillIn the House of Representatives the Ull extending the life of the preseiu •irliament one year was introduced. _ The report of the Public Service "ommittoo was tabled. Considerable discussion took place. _ _ Mr Wilford asserted that the adminis ration of the Service by the Commasoners had been a failure. _ The Hon. A. L.
